Digital Marketing Services
Due to the nature of digital marketing services, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced. However, we offer the following:
- If you cancel before work has begun, you will receive a full refund minus any transaction fees.
- If you cancel after work has commenced but before the halfway point of the project, you will receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds are provided after the halfway point of any project.
Web Design & Development
Our web design services follow a structured process with multiple approval stages:
- Deposits for web design projects are non-refundable once the project has been initiated.
- If you cancel during the design phase, you will receive a partial refund based on work completed.
- No refunds are provided once the development phase has begun.
- If the project is cancelled by IDMS due to client unresponsiveness for more than 30 days, no refund will be issued.
Graphic Design Services
For graphic design projects, our refund policy is as follows:
- If cancellation occurs before any concepts are presented, a full refund will be issued minus any transaction fees.
- After initial concepts are presented, a 50% refund will be issued if the project is cancelled.
- No refunds are provided once the final design is approved and delivered.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable once rendered:
- Domain registration and renewal fees
- Web hosting services
- Third-party software licenses
- Custom-coded features or applications
- Completed digital marketing campaigns
- Any services where resources have been allocated and work has commenced
Satisfaction Guarantee
While we don't offer money-back guarantees on completed work, we do provide:
- Revisions until you're satisfied with the deliverables (within the scope of the project)
- Transparent communication throughout the process
- Professional expertise and industry best practices
- Post-project support as outlined in our service agreements

Processing Refunds
If you are eligible for a refund:
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Transaction fees may be deducted from the refund amount
